I would like to take this opportunity to thank Indwe Risk for the excellent service I received from Tyrone Meiring at your Alberton Branch. As from day One, his service was Top Standard and he has always treated me with respect and dignity, trying to match each need I had.
During the time period of my claim after I had a serious accident with my BMW on 24.04.2008 Tyrone Meiring helped tremendously in speeding up the whole process and getting my claim sorted out. The manner in which Tyrone handled the situation was very professional and at the same time he assisted in any possible way. He is an asset to your Company and I appreciate the effort and hard work tremendously.

We were held at gun point and robbed at the Sasol garage on Saturday and have been through a traumatic ordeal. I would just like to say thank you to the ladies at Indwe risk services in Alberton. The receptionist as well as Cindy have been so supportive and kind. They have asked me every time I have phoned if we are doing ok and that we must not worry, your simpathy has been great. This is the first time in years that I have dealt with an Insurance company that have been so helpfull and caring with there customers. You ladies have made me feel better and comforted me. Shumonay Van Leeve is the broker on my personal household and vehicle insurance, I find her to be very efficient in dealing with my queries and concerns, whenever I call her regarding a claim or any other question, I know I will get the necessary service I require, even when I call here regarding my commercial insurance queries she tries to assist me where ever she can, or she will get the correct person to contact me, she is always prepared to go the extra mile, this is the level of service I wish I could get from all companies, but unfortunately don’t.
Alhoewel ek personeel is, en ‘n bitter klein polis uitgeneem het, het Tracy my behandel asof ek haar enigste kliënt was. Sy het dadellik gereageer as die handelaar haar geskakel het, ongeag die feit dat ek my bedrae twee maal verander het. Niks was vir haar te veel moeite nie. Sy het my selfs teruggeskakel om te laat weet dat alles deurgegaan het en dat Kia al my besonderhede ontvang het.
Cindy Botha, is such a pleasure to deal with. She has always provided great service whether it be correcting details, asking for quotes, answering queries we may have, etc. I believe she is a real asset to the company and i hope that her work and effort does not go un-noticed.
