They all failed dismally to match Indwe. Not one of them could offer me an excess waiver and all of them were charging more for less cover!!!

I was recently broken into for the first time ever and Indwe was prompt, efficient and the consultant even showed empathy for my plight. With service excellence greatly lacking in today's business world, I feel it appropriate to compliment those who do provide such excellence. My experience yesterday was a very pleasant one! Having had a breakdown with my vehicle on Saturday, I requested a breakdown service to have my vehicle transported from my home to the respective dealership yesterday. I was greatly impressed by the constant follow-up by the various consultants I dealt with telephonically. I unfortunately didn't record all of their names except Ntsie. I shall therefore be pleased if you could convey my sincere thanks for the professional manner in which they followed through with my requests, and making the experience so memorable that I will not forget it.

From the first call I made (Nerisha), to the the time my vehicle and I were dropped off at the garage was simply mind blowing. The follow up calls made by Nishen, the attitude of the people and the the care expressed was simply exceptional. I felt like I had a person dedicated to me for that time.
